Shipping
Sonreir currently ships to Australia only, delivery is estimated between 3 - 10 days.
Orders placed for items in stock will be dispatched on the day payment is received where possible or the next business day by Australia Post. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Sonreir is not responsible for any delays by shipping companies.
Returns
Returns or exchanges on full priced items are accepted by Sonreir. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items. If you receive damaged items or products that are different from what you purchased on our website, we offer an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, and original packaging.
To return or exchange an item, please email rebecca@sonreir.com.au with the relevant information, including proof of purchase, and await confirmation before further action.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, an exchange or refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs). This will be confirmed via email.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
